Background
The EP’s title, Zone 16,[3] refers to Socket’s experiences while growing up. The first track, “I SAID”, as he said, the purpose of this track is to remind young men that there are better things to invest time and energy in in life. The visual for this track was released on 19 January, 2024.[4] The second track, “CAN’T LOVE”, speaks about his love life experience and how he quit sacrificing for someone who doesn’t acknowledge him. Socket’s wordplay ability was displayed on the last track “LEGENDARY”. This EP was produced and distributed by Socket Entertainment[5] and written by Socket, credited as Chidalu Fortune Tony.[6]
