Zurich Christmas Market

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

The Christmas Markets in Zurich are very big and they draw big crowds. Every year, hundreds of people flood the streets of Zurich in December to go have a nice warm Gluhwein (Mulled Wine) paired with a grilled Bratwurst (German Sausage). There is a Christmas market in Zurich for everyone to suit each and every taste[1], such as at the Zurich Main Train Station, where you see the massive Swarovski Christmas Tree and numerous food and drinks stalls, in the old city on Niederdorfstrasse, or at Bellevue, next to the Stadelhofen Train Station.

What makes it special, and believe it or not, is having the warm food and drinks around the lit up fire, in the zero degree cold, in the middle of all the Christmas lit and decorated stalls and Christmas trees. Not only is the atmosphere inviting, even if you don't live close, you can travel to the Christmas markets [2] with the Public transport, SBB at discounted prices.
