Zyra Luna (Malay: Zira; born July 2, 1992), better known by her stage name Zyra Luna, is a Malaysian cosplayer, model, actress, host, and content creator. She is a member of the Artiste Association of Malaysia, formed by AAOM (Seniman Malaysia) in 2023.[1]

Early life[edit]

Zyra Luna was born in Tampoi, Johor Bahru, Malaysia and is an only child. She is come from mixed family of Chinese, Indian, Malay and Indonesia. Started her first cosplay when she was 10 and began serious in the field when she was 14. She continues her passion in cosplays and eventually participate in her school arts performing to which she starts to involved in Theater and Acting throughout her high school years. She continues to pursue her dreams and career and eventually got invitation to be part of the artiste association on 2016. However, she refuses and reject it due to lack of self-confidence and demotivated. The organizer person didn't give up on her and keep pursuing her.

Career[edit]

On Year 2023 Zyra Luna finally accepted the organizer invitation to be part of the 'SENIMAN MALAYSIA' known as Artiste Association of Malaysia. She then continues her career and new profession as a New Artiste and part take in various Cosplays Events, Modelling, Beauty and acting. She went to various big cosplay events such as AniManGaki, ACG (subculture), and https://www.instagram.com/jcosclub/?hl=en.

The cosplay events got many supporters as well media attention that has been highlighted on local news such as BH (newspaper), Astro Awani and Free Malaysia Today.

Previously Zyra Luna working as a Bank Executive and Client management for 8 years back in Singapore. She then keeps her job here and there before she commits to moving back to Malaysia and eventually migrate to Kuala Lumpur. Since then, Zyra Luna been active working and keep her career going.

Personal life[edit]

On 2009, Zyra Luna was selected to enter the Sukma Games national multi-sport event however, she had to reject the offer due to her father object her to participate and wanted her to focus on study. Since then, she continues study and pursue her dreams after graduations. Zyra Luna however has no intention to be on the sports anymore, instead she pursue her way towards artistic in cosplays, acting and modelling.
