CovenantSQL is an open-source, decentralized database with blockchain features, focus on the distributed network and data security. CovenantSQL is inspired from Bitcoin white paper [2] and vSQL [3].
Base on the database, CovenantSQL developers have designed an open source tool, Cookie Scanner, which detects which cookies are set by sites and for what purpose. [4]
