Aedifica
Aedifica is a Belgian listed Regulated Real Estate Company (RREC) founded in 2005.[1] The Group is listed on Euronext Brussels since 2006 and on Euronext Amsterdam since 2019.[2] The company is a member of the BEL20 index since 2020 and a member of the BEL ESG index since the launch of the index in March 2023. [3]
Aedifica operates in 8 European countries: Belgium (2005), Germany (2013), the Netherlands (2016), the United Kingdom (2019), Finland (2020), Sweden (2020), Ireland (2021) and Spain (2021).[4] The group is specialised in renting out real estate to healthcare operators. Their portfolio mainly consists of nursing and care homes for the elderly, but also includes day-care centres for children and revalidation centres.
For the 2022 financial year, Aedifica reported a real estate portfolio of 622 buildings with a fair value of EUR 5,519 million generating more than EUR 273 million in rental income.[5]
