Čvor
Čvor (Croatian: Knot), is an eminent enigmatic society and publisher in Bjelovar, Croatia.[1] Founded in May 1968 as an Enigmatic Society Bjelovar, it is the oldest still active enigmatic organisation in Croatia, known for publishing enigmatic literature[1] and organising enigmatic meetings and competitions.[2] For instance, Society established annual Enigmatic Meetings at the Vinkovačke jeseni in 1969.
Čvor printed many Croatian enigmatic revues (Čvor, Skandi Čvor, Čvor Križaljka, among many), issued Lexicon of Yugoslavian Enigmaticians (1979.), as well as trade journals on enigmatics. Currently, Čvor publishes revue Osmosmjerka. Moreover, Society gives several awards (Golden Feather, Goran's enigmatic award, Mavro Špicer award) for enigmatic work.
