121 Systems is an independent UK software development company focusing on Integrated Transport Management Software for third party logistics providers, companies with private fleets and companies with large and complex logistics operations focused on improving the "On-Time-In-Full" (OTIF) productivity, performance and security of logistics-intensive businesses.[1][2][3]

121 Systems was founded in 2002 by Chris Sisson and is headquartered in Nottingham.[4][5] The Company has taken an approach to business development by choosing key partners in each supporting element of its product portfolio consisting of advanced platforms for route planning and transport optimisation software tools.[6]
In 2003, UPS Logistics Technologies (currently known as Roadnet Technologies, Inc.) and NAVTEQ (currently known as HERE, a Nokia company) became strategic partners of 121 Systems.[7] In 2013, Transvision (currently known as AMCS Group) also joined with 121 as a strategic partner focusing on industry-specific verticals.[8]
Uses[edit]
121 Systems products are used on back office systems and mobile devices and provides a tool for drivers enabling On-Time-In-Full (OTIF), connecting the transport office, customer services and customer to be in constant data and voice communication throughout every stage of a driver's route.[9][10]
