123 Fit

123 Fit is a fitness franchise based in Denver, Colorado. 123 Fit locations provide 30 minutes of fitness circuit training.[1] It was founded in 2005 by Brooksy Smith and Rick Schaden, who were corporate officers from Quizno.[2]
123 Fit's first location was in Houston, Weld County, Colorado. Its first location in Utah was opened in April 2006.[3]
As of January 1, 2006, 123 Fit has lost $9.5 million.[4]
