The 1982 Tobacco Bowl was a college football bowl game played between Virginia Military Institute and the University of Richmond at City Stadium in Richmond, Virginia. It was the thirty-fourth and final edition of the Tobacco Bowl and was part of the 1982 National Tobacco Festival, held annually each fall until 1984.
