The 1988 United States Soccer Federation presidential election held in Philadelphia on July 4, 1988 to determine the next President of the United States Soccer Federation. Werner Fricker was elected after running unopposed. Also the U.S. Soccer Federation's 1988 AGM, was celebrating its 75th anniversary, and also be being award the 1994 World Cup[1][2]
