"#Nite (One Night)" is a song by American dance-pop band Cobra Starship. It was the final single featured on their 2011 studio album Night Shades. The official single which featured My Name Is Kay was released on May 15, 2012.

The song contains Eurodance influences, which critics have compared the song's arrangement to Chris Brown's 2010 hit single "Yeah 3x" and David Guetta. It contains guest vocals from OneRepublic singer and producer Ryan Tedder. Saporta stated, "We think that makes the group's chances of scoring a hit that much greater, we'd rather have a song showcasing the group's silliness over them releasing basic dancefloor filler".[1]
