In computer architecture, 20-bit integers, memory addresses, or other data units are those that are 20 bits wide, and thus can represent values up to 1 mega (base 2). One example of computer processors that features 20-bit memory addressing is the MSP430X [1] which was introduced in November 2006 by Texas Instruments and is based on the 16 bit MSP430 model that was extended for all registers to 20 bit wide registers.
