The 2005 FCSL season was the second season in the history of the Florida Collegiate Summer League, a wood bat collegiate summer baseball league operating in the southeastern United States region of central Florida. The league expanded to six franchises with the addition of the Zephyrhills Snappers of Zephyrhills, Florida and the Winter Haven Warthogs of Winter Haven, Florida.
In the championship game, played for the first time at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida, Zephyrhills defeated Sanford 2-1 to capture the franchise's first FCSL title.[1]
