The 2015–16 Sussex Senior Cup (also known as the Sussex Senior Challenge Cup) was the 128th season of the annual knockout tournament for competitive football teams in Sussex, a historic county of England. It was sponsored by Parafix, and was known as the Parafix Sussex Senior Cup for sponsorship purposes.[2] The defending champions were Whitehawk, having defeated Lewes 5-0 in the previous year's competition, but they were eliminated by Worthing in the semi-finals.

The winners were Eastbourne Borough, who beat Worthing 1-0, in the final on 20 May 2016.
