2019 Exeter killings
Three octogenarian men were killed in Exeter in February 2019. Anthony Payne, 80, was found dead in his house on 11 February. Twins Dick and Roger Carter, 84, were found dead in their house on 12 February. Alexander Lewis-Ranwell, 27, of Croyde, Devon has been charged with three counts of murder, and two counts of causing grievous bodily harm with intent. At Exeter Magistrates' Court on 16 February, he was remanded in custody.[1][2][3][4]
