The 2020 ABS-CBN Christmas Special, titled Ikaw ang Liwanag at Ligaya: The 2020 ABS-CBN Christmas Special, is the 2020 edition of the annual christmas special concert organized by the ABS-CBN through its channel Kapamilya Channel. The title was taken from its 2020 Christmas Station ID song, Ikaw ang Liwanag at Ligaya.
The concert took place on December 20 featuring artists under the network.
Background[edit]
On December 14, it was announced that the network's annual Christmas special will push through on December 20 despite the denial of the network's franchise renewal and the ongoing pandemic. A pre-show will be streamed ahead of the main show. [1]
On December 15, it was announced that the show will serve as a fundraiser event.[2]
