The 2020 Tour was intended to be the nineteenth upcoming concert tour by American rock band Bon Jovi, in support of their album Bon Jovi: 2020 (2020). The tour was scheduled to commence on June 10, 2020 in Tacoma, Washington at the Tacoma Dome and scheduled to conclude on July 28, 2020 with two nights at Madison Square Garden. The tour was cancelled on April 20, 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[1][2]
Ticket sales[edit]
Tickets went on general sale to the public on January 24, 2020 at 10 a.m. Pre-sales began on January 21, 2020 and ended on January 23, 2020 at 10 p.m.[3] A second night was added in Boston at the TD Garden due to overwhelming popular demand after the first night sold out; the additional show will take place on July 17th with pre-sales beginning on March 2, 2020 at 10 a.m. Tickets for the general public will go on sale March 6 at 10 a.m.[4]
Cancellation[edit]
On April 20, 2020, Bon Jovi announced that the 2020 Tour had been canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[2]
