The 2023–24 FAI Intermediate Cup is the 97th season of the intermediate knockout Football competition of the Republic of Ireland. The sixteen teams that reach the Fourth Round will qualify for the 2024 FAI Cup.

The 2023-24 season sees 87 teams participating, all of which either play in the Leinster Senior League or Munster Senior League. Only teams from levels 3-7 of the Republic of Ireland football league system were eligible to participate.

Round one[edit]
46 teams were drawn to play in the first round. The remaining teams received byes into the second round. Matches were played in single-leg knockout ties. The provisional date given by the FAI was the 10th of September.[1]
