Girls[edit]

as Angola didn't enter the girls' competition. the team played each other in a round-robin competition. South Africa (Edendale Technical High School) won the girls' competition after finishing with a full haul of 12 points. Malawi (Malindi Secondary) had been in pole position to win but were found to have fielded two ineligible players on an opening day on Friday, an error that organizers believe was an honest mistake, but which led to the side being stripped of two wins they had gained against South Africa and Seychelles.[13]
