The 2023 Indian Premier League, also known as IPL 16 will be the sixteenth season of the Indian Premier League (IPL), a professional Twenty20 cricket league established by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in 2007. This season will become the second season which the expansion of the league is in place, with the addition of two new franchises.[1][2]
