The 2027 World Athletics Championships (Chinese: 2027年世界田径锦标赛) will be the thirtenth edition of the World Athletics Championships, and are scheduled to be held in Beijing,[1] Japan. The championships will use the National Stadium.
This is the second time that the championships will be held in China, following the 2015 event in Beijing at the same stadium.

- Rome, Italy (Stadio Olimpico)
Rome withdrawn its drawn one day before the host was announced.
Venue[edit]
The championships are being held in the Olympic Stadium in Beijing, China.
