Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products[3] (or TCFCP or Fox Consumer Products (FCP), stylized as 20th Century Fox Consumer Products) is a division of Twentieth Century Fox subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company that engage in merchandising of the Fox brand and Fox properties.

Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products was incorporated with the United Kingdom in 1995 as 20th Century Fox Licensing & Merchandising.[1]
The first Fox Shop opened in 2005.[citation needed] In 2005 Fox agreed to a licensing contract with Take-Two Interactive Software for a Family Guy video game and merchandising line with Airborne Entertainment.[4][5]
In 2010 Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products would had plans for a line of Glee–related merchandise including games, electrical products, greeting cards, apparel and stationery.[6][7]
On October 6, 2011 It was announced Jeffrey Godsick would be nominated President of Fox Consumer Products with him overseeing the worldwide licensing of Fox’s film properties.[8]
In July 2012 Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products would launch a 14-minute 4D film shown 4-D Experience of Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs at the Shedd Aquarium's Phelps Auditorium in Chicago and later in the month Fox Cosumer Products would announce the release date of Ice Age: Continental Drift – Arctic Games for Wii, Nintendo 3DS, Nintendo DS, and Xbox 360.[9][10]
In March 2013, Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products and IDW Publishing announced that Joe Harris would be the writer of The X-Files: Season 10, an in-continuity monthly comic book series executive produced by X-Files creator Chris Carter. The premiere issue debuted on June 19, 2013.[11]
On July 16, 2014, Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products signed a partnership with Village Roadshow Theme Parks to open the second 20th Century Fox World theme park in South Korea in 2018.[12]
On 3 November 2015, when 20th Century Fox alongside it subsidairy 20th Century Fox Consumer Products and Al Ahli Holding Group made their licensing deal to build the 20th Century Fox World theme park for $850 million, while 20th Century Fox World in Malaysia was also in development.[13][14][15]
From 2015 to 2016 Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products announced would former Sony executives Michael Pavlic as Head of Domestic Creative Advertising, Roger Estrada as SVP of Creative and Stacey Kerr SVP of Licensing with all reporting to Jamie Stacey later added Cynthia Rapp as SVP Global Creative to oversee creative.[16][17]
Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products named Jim Fielding the new president of Consumer Products and Innovation effective January 23, 2017 moving from being Global Head of Consumer Products and Retail for DreamWorks Animation.[18]
On December 14, 2017, The Walt Disney Company announced their intent to acquire 21st Century Fox for $52.4 billion after the spin-off of certain businesses.[19][20][21][22] However on June 13, 2018 Comcast officially announced its $65 billion all-cash offer for Fox assets.[23] One week later, Disney counterbid with a $71.3 billion offer.[24] The acquisition was completed on March 20, 2019[25] with president Fielding given his lay off notice[26] along with four others in expectation of being absorbed by Disney[27]
