Adrian Thomas Townsel (March 2, 2000 – present), better known as “4G” or “Musiq” (Moo-Zeek) is an American Hip-Hop artist born in Lima, Ohio. 4gmusiq has always prided himself as an artist, rather than a rapper. With heavy influences of Juice WRLD, Lil Wayne and T-Pain, he combines a mixture of storytelling and catchy lyrics to make each song unique. He came into rapping just recording tracks on his phone. He also finished an Audio Engineering Certificate Program.[1][2]
In 2020, 4gmusiq released his first album, "MTMF" (Music To My Fans) on Spotify[3]. “Spring Break” was released in the summer season mid-July 2020, and in less than a year with very little promotion has amassed 50,000 total streams worldwide[4]. His hit single "Martian" became a fan favorite, being featured on thousands of playlists and popular YouTube channel "Royal Vibes" [5].
In January 2021, 4gmusiq made headlines on CBS and Fox-affiliated news stations with his first single of the year "Mind Games" surpassing 10,000 streams in just one month. WFMJ-TV also featured 4gmusiq’s announcement of a collaboration coming this February with new rapper, Yxung Sxul.[6]
