The 607th Air Operations Center (607 AOC) is an active unit of the United States Air Force based at Osan Air Base, Republic of South Korea. The unit is responsible for the daily execution of the air tasking order (ATO) on behalf of the Combined Forces Air Component Commander (CFACC) in the United States Forces Korea area of responsibility. The unit's personnel work with partners from the Republic of Korea Air Force and other United Nations sending states to complete their mission.

History
On 31 January 2008, 607th Airmen began a new chapter for the Operational Command and Control provider to South Korea, as the Pacific Air Forces commander uncased the 7th Air Force, Air Forces Korea flag. After assuming command, Lt Gen Stephen G. Wood (Seventh Air Forces, AFKOR Commander) redesignated one group, inactivated two and activated another in an effort to consolidate and streamline the organization to include an Air and Space Operations Center, an Air Force Forces staff, and a new support group. The changes included redesignation of the 607th Air Operations Group to the 607th Air and Space Operations Center and the inactivation of the 607th Combat Operations Squadron and the 607th Combat Plans Squadron. Brig. Gen. Michael Keltz accepted command of the newly designated 607th Air and Space Operations Center. Brig General Keltz was assisted by Chief Master Sgt Dan Moran in casing the old colors and uncasing the new.[3]
