The number 777888999 is rumoured to be known as a death call if anybody rings it. [1] A person or a figure named I.M. Spooky is said to answer, telling you that you will die. It is also rumoured that your phone will catch fire. At least ten deaths have ever been recorded. [2] It has also been reported that the phone call is most likely a hoax.
