The film's title is borrowed from the two street names the main apartment is located on. 7th And WestLake is set for online release on August 14, 2015.
Synopsis[edit]
Plot Summary
The gangster Nino Scar has a gang in Los Angeles on 7th And Westlake. They get into the crack business and not before long they make a million dollars every week. His Partner, Fat Sacks, has grown jealous of Nino success and orders a hit on the whole operation. Nino scramble to find out who robbed him and at the same time pay back his connect before it turns ugly.

Production[edit]
In April 2014 Ric-Hard released a rap album entitled Nino Scar. He then commenced talks about filming a movie based on the theme of the album with longtime friend Michael H. Royal. In February 2015 it was announced that the film was in development by Red Palm Live and Ric-Hard Jr. Records.
