89.7 FM Ponoka, Alberta, is a new English language radio station which will broadcast a country music format on the frequency 89.7 MHz (FM) in Ponoka, Alberta, Canada.
On September 3, 2016, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) approved Blackgold Broadcasting application to operate a new FM radio station at Ponoka. [1]
The launch date of the new radio station has yet to be announced.
