Associazione Sportiva Dilettantistica Grassina 1946, commonly referred to as A.S.D. Grassina or Grassina is an Italian football club founded in 1946 and based in Grassina, Tuscany. Currently it plays in Italy's Eccellenza.

History[edit]

The club was founded in 1946.

Serie D[edit]

The team was promoted for the first time to Serie D in the summer of 1997, after winning the Promozione Tuscany in the 1996–1997 season.

The club in the first season in the fourth division is ranked 15th, coming to just one point from salvation and relegating after just one year.

In 2019, after more than twenty years in the regional championships, the club returns to Serie D for the second time in its history. In the 2019–20 season, before the interruption of the championships due to the Covid–19 pandemic, Grassina ranks 3rd in Serie D, touching the promotion among professionals. In the following season, 2020–21, however, the club does not maintain itself at high levels and arrives 17th, relegating again to Eccellenza Tuscany.
