ADCI Prize
The ADCI Literary Prize is a United Kingdom Literary prize, launched in 2022.[1] It is administered by the Society of Authors.
History
The prize was founded by author Penny Batchelor and publisher Clair Christian,[2] and is endowed by Arts Council England, ALCS, the Professional Writing Academy and the Drusilla Harvey Memorial Fund.[3]
The prize is open to any author with a disability or chronic illness, and was founded to encourage greater positive representation of disability in literature.[4] As of 2025 the ADCI Literary Prize has a prize fund totaling £2000.[5]
