AE Industrial Partners

AE Industrial Partners is a US private equity company[1] that describes itself as a private investment firm with US$5.6bn of assets under management, focused on markets including national security.[2] AE acquired Belcan in 2015,[3] and sold it to Cognizant in 2024.[4] The company acquired Israeli spyware company Paragon Solutions in 2024.[1][5]
