Matilda Adjoa Densu popularly known as AJ Poundz is a Ghanaian actress and TV presenter.[1] She was a contenstant of TV3's Ghana's Most Beautiful Season V.[2] She features in Ghanaian local series Efiewura and has appeared in commercials for Vodafone‘for you’, Joy twedie ginger, Safia rice and Kiss condom.[3]

Early life and education[edit]

AJ Poundz hails from Osino in the Eastern Region of Ghana. She had to quit Central University College at level 200 due to pregnancy but currently a student of Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).[citation needed]

Career[edit]

Just after senior high school, she joined HM Films in 2009. In 2011, she represented the Eastern Region in the Ghana's Most Beautiful pageant. AJ Poundz was the host of Pae Mu Ka on TV Africa but left to join Media General. She is the current host of Nkonkonsa Headquarters on Onua TV.[4][5]
