ALTO Real Estate Funds

Alto Real Estate Funds was founded in 2010 by Mody Kidon and Yaniv Melamud.[1][2] The Alto closed-end funds invest in commercial properties – primarily retail – in the U.S., with offices in Manhattan, Dallas, and Tel Aviv. As of 2018, Alto has invested $1.1 billion in total property value, with some 61 properties covering 12 million sq ft.[3]
