AM Sportscars Limited , previously A&M Sportscars , is a British manufacturer of automobiles.[1]

Company history

Adrian Morley and Malcolm Davey founded A&M Sportscars in Redditch, Worcestershire, in 1996. They began producing automobiles and kits. The brand name was AM. When Morley left the company, Davey renamed it AM Sportscars Limited. It is now part of Davey Automotive Engineering. A total of around 19 copies have been created so far.[2]

Vehicles

One model is the EX 2. The basis is a semi-spaceframe frame. A fiberglass coupe body is mounted on top. Various four-cylinder engines from Vauxhall Motors with a displacement of 1300 cm3 to 2000 cm3 are mounted in a mid-engine design and drive the rear wheels. The transmission has five gears.

The company itself also calls the model Imola.
