ASA Productions and Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian entertainment company established in 2006 in Andheri, western Mumbai, Maharashtra.

History[edit]

Although the company was formally inaugurated in 2006, Vikram Bhatt had directed successful Bollywood movies including Ghulam and Raaz. In the first two years of its establishment, the company produced Mumbai Salsa and 1920.

In 2009, ASA Productions and Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. launched its own music label called ASA Music and produces classical, devotional, pop, fusion and film songs.

They had purchased distribution rights for the states of Kerala and Tamil Nadu for Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.[citation needed]

To expand its footprints in the production space, T-Series joined with ASA Productions and Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. to produce five films.[1]
