Aadil Gurezi's real name is Aadil Mudasir Lone[2] but he prefers to be identified as Aadil Gurezi as a “mark of respect to my roots”. His family originally comes from Gurez, a picturesque frontier valley in Kashmir where people speak Shina, a tribal language. He completed his M.Sc from Dehradun.His Motivational line "where there is a will there is a way. One who wishes to sing always finds songs."[3]While still in Kashmir for his graduation, Aadil did various stage shows where he used to mimic various actors and sing songs.[4]People are claiming that his covers are better than the original ones and he deserves to be on a proper platform.[5]

His first song was 'Dupte' and he got 1 million marks in first week on his Youtube channel.

- His latest release was 'Pyar Kashmir Da' which is mix of Kashmiri+Punjabi
