Aaron Island is an island in the [Juneau, Alaska|City and Borough of Juneau], [Alaska], United States. It was named by [Lester A. Beardslee|Lester A. Beardslee] in 1880.[1] Located in [Lynn Canal], it is 1.2 miles (1.9 km) northwest of [Point Stephens (Alaska)|Point Stephens] and 17 miles (27 km) northwest of the city of [Juneau|Juneau].[2]
The island was formerly listed as 174 feet (53 m) high.[3]
