Aaron Michael Nelson (born November 18, 2004), also known online as Dippy, is an American actor, model, voice actor, and digital creator. He is known for building a fan recreation of Super Nintendo World in Minecraft and for founding *Epic Universal*, a digital media brand focused on Universal theme parks. His work has been featured in multiple gaming and entertainment publications.

Early life and education

Nelson was born in Renton, Washington, and raised in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. He graduated from West Potomac High School in Alexandria, Virginia, with an Advanced Diploma. He attends the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), majoring in Social Strategy and Management with a minor in Film and Television. He also studies Themed Entertainment Design at Purdue University.

Career

Acting and commercial work

Nelson began working as a child actor and model, appearing in the pilot of NBC’s The Blacklist, as well as episodes of Investigation Discovery’s Evil Twins and Evil Kin. He was featured in national commercials for brands including Crest, Toyota, and M&T Bank.

Minecraft and digital creation

Under the online alias Dippy, Nelson led a fan recreation of Super Nintendo World in Minecraft, a project that gained international attention in gaming media.
