Aayushi Rakhecha
Aayushi Rakhecha is a leading poetess, guitarist, singer, educator, motivational speaker. Born in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, she is married to a civil servant. Finely trained in Hindustani Classical Vocal, this engineering graduate not only teaches students for Civil Services Examinations (UPSC and state PSCs) but also writes and composes songs, poetry, bhajans with commendable command in Hindi, English as well as in Rajasthani. Her episode in Kumar Vishwas's poetry web series Yuvaaz has the highest viewership of all episodes.
Early life and education
Aayushi Rakhecha is born and brought up in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. She completed her engineering degree from Jodhpur Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jodhpur. After that, to pursue her dream of serving the nation, she went to Delhi to prepare for the Civil Services Examination. She cleared various stages of exams but, in between, she was inclined towards teaching also. She often cleared doubts and taught her co-aspirants, who later on joined civil services. On their suggestion only she started teaching and found her passion in shaping the future of the young generation.
Artistic Journey
Journey as a child actor
There are some reports that, as a child, she acted in the Oye Bubbly telecommercial of Pepsi which starred millennium megastar Amitabh Bachchan and master blaster Sachin Tendulkar.
Journey as a poet
Since childhood, she was inclined towards reading and writing[1]. Once, she was invited to a Kavi Sammelan (Poet Conference). There, her performance kept the audience spellbound. She performed a Saraswati Vanadana with a classical touch and its video, when uploaded on youtube, generated a buzz among poetry lovers and is still now also seen by lakhs of people. Then, one after another, she performed many live kavi sammelans sharing the stage with almost all leading poets of India like Kumar Vishwas[2], Hari Om Panwar, Rahat Indori, Shailesh Lodha, Vineet Chauhan etc. She has performed on many TV channels including ZeeTV[3, First India etc. Her episode in Kumar Vishwas's Yuvaaz web series[4 is the most watched video of this whole series.
