Abbas Sajwani
Abbas Sajwani (Arabic: عباس سجواني) is an Emirati entrepreneur, founder, and chief executive officer (CEO) of AHS Properties, a Dubai-based real estate company.[1][2] He is recognized among the younger generation of business leaders in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and was featured on Forbes Middle East’s 30 Under 30 list in 2024.[3]
Early life and education
Sajwani was born in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, in the late 1990s.[3] According to Forbes Middle East, he was 24 years old in 2024, when he was included in its “30 Under 30” list.[3]
While still a student, Sajwani established AHS Group in 2017.[1] He later graduated from the American University in Dubai with a bachelor’s degree in finance in 2021.[1]
Career
Sajwani is the founder and chief executive officer of AHS Properties,[4] a company focusing on residential developments in Dubai, including projects on the Dubai Water Canal, Palm Jumeirah, and Emirates Hills.[5]
He also serves as a board member at DAMAC Group.[6]
Regional business publications have noted his role in the property sector.
