He started working in a factory in a household appliances store but he soon left after less than a month and moved to work in a store in the Al-Husseini neighborhood of Cairo, where his salary was 50 piasters per day. He continued in that store until 1991, and his salary reached Then to (4 Egyptian pound). The Agha wanted to learn more, so he decided to move from the retail store in which he was working to a wholesale store to learn more of the basics of trade. He remained in that store for two full years, starting with a salary of (4 Egyptian pound), and continued until his salary reached (7 Egyptian pound), which was a large sum at the time.
In 1993, Al-Agha partnered with a friend and a third person who had money to start their own business. In 1994, Al-Agha visited Japan and its factories. He requested the establishment of a factory to manufacture electrical appliances in Egypt, which was actually done, with the local component of production being 43%, which was later raised to 50%, then 75%, until it reached 96%. With the development of production he established the AlAgha Company in 1995. It exports its products to more than 60 countries around the world under the slogan "Made in Egypt," and the number of its employees reaches more than 40 thousand workers, engineers, and administrators.
