Abduljabar I. Totonji (born March 22, 1991)[1] is a real estate salesperson,[2] watch collector,[3] and author of "Home Buying 101: What They Don’t Teach You in the Classroom."[4][5]
Career[edit]
Totonji serves as Chief Investment Officer in Golden Eagle Group Inc., a real estate investment firm focusing on residential multifamily and net leased commercial investments.[6]He has acquired several Fortune 500 Headquarter properties in the United States, such as the Huntsman Corporation HQ in The Woodlands, Texas, Varsity Brands HQ in Dallas, Texas, and a CoverMyMeds Corporate Campus in Columbus, Ohio.[7][6][4]

Totonji wrote and self-published a book titled "Home Buying 101: What They Don’t Teach You in the Classroom" in September 2020. In 2021, the Corporate Council Men of Color listed Home Buying 101 as an important resource for Closing the Homeownership Gap in Communities of Color.[5]
Personal life[edit]
Totonji is married and has two boys.[1] He is also an avid watch collector[3] and has been a Horological Society of New York member since 2021.[8] Totonji's collection spans from the F.P. Journe Resonance and Rolex Daytona to brands like Raketa and Ming.[1]
