Abdulla Matar Bin Ibrahim Mohammad Al Mannaei , Arabic: " عبد الله مطر بن ابراهيم محمد المناعى ", born 3 February 1971) is an Emirati Businessman. Abdulla Al Mannaei is the Managing Director and Chairman of Emirates Auction Company.
