Abraham Diamond
Abraham Diamond (born September 18, 1961) is an British-Finnish businessman, who was arrested in July 2014, when he arrived in Iran to visit his parents, and then detained in Evin Prison. At the same time, Iranian IRGC authorities arrested Ana Diamond, his 19-year-old daughter, and her wife Eleanor Abbott-Diamond too. On 18 August 2016, Abraham Diamond was sentenced to death, later to 134 years, and finally 10 years in prison for collaborating with hostile foreign governments.[1][2] He is the "first British-Finnish imprisoned in Iran".
