Actera Group is the largest private equity firm dedicated to investments in Turkey with a total equity capitalization in excess of $1.6 billion.[1] Currently, it is the biggest private equity company investing in Turkey in terms of AUM, surpassing Turkven, the pioneer of the Turkish private equity market.
Investments
Actera currently has 15 companies in its portfolio. [2] Actera was the owner of Mey İçki A.Ş. with TPG Capital, before Diageo bought it for $2.1 billion.[3]
