Actorexpo
Actor Expo is an annual festival for actors and performers founded in early 2008. The festival is the first and only one of its kind in the United Kingdom and currently takes place in both London and Edinburgh.
The event covers all areas of the entertainment industry but focuses primarily on TV, Film and Theatre. It contains exhibitors, agents, casting directors, educational workshops, live performances, musical theatre and other items of interest, mainly to those who work within the industry or want to enter it.
It is an important event for actors throughout the country, as it contains open castings for available jobs, an opportunity to network with like-minded actors and provides an opportunity for various acts to promote themselves, live on stage to agents and directors.
For line-ups from previous years, see Actor Expo Festival line-ups.
On the show’s launch, actors and performers were allowed to enter the show for free and 6000+ visitors attended.
