AdRem Software is an independent software company based in Kraków, Poland with a sales office in New York.[1] The company produces freeware and commercial network and systems monitoring and management software for organizations of all sizes, with a focus on the Small and medium-sized enterprises market. They count over 2,500 clients in 87 countries, and their software is used to monitor over 1.3 million devices worldwide.[2]

The company was founded by Tomasz Kunicki in 1998 to develop products for Novell NetWare[3] It first came to prominence in 1999 when their Server Manager product was highlighted at the Novell Developer's Contest.[4] Today AdRem Software is a privately owned, self-financed company best known for its flagship product NetCrunch, an agentless network and systems management tool that automatically maps, monitors and troubleshoots networks of up to 3,000+ nodes.
