Adi Development Group
Adi Development Group is a major real estate developer in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The company was founded by brothers Tariq and Saud Adi in 2007, who started by buying and renovating rental properties.[1]. Adi primarily constructs low, mid, and high-rise condominiums, including both infill and new construction projects. Most of Adi’s projects have been constructed in the Halton Region, but it has expanded to other markets in the GTA like Toronto[5].
