Adrian and Meredith are an American and Canadian folk-punk musical Band and Duo, based in Nashville, Tennessee, known for their combining of traditional instrumentation with modern roots-rock themes. The duo is recognized for their energetic performances, often blending elements of roots music with high energy clogging.

The musical style of Adrian and Meredith has been described as a blend of punk, folk, Americana, and roots music. They are known for their dynamic live performances, often incorporating a range of instruments including violin, upright bass, and horns. Adrian and Meredith cite a variety of influences and collaborations from cross-genre high-performance acts, including J._D._Wilkes[1] and the Legendary Shack Shakers[2], Squirrel Nut Zippers[3], and The War and Treaty.

Clogging, Buck, Flatfoot Dancing

Meredith grew up in Michigan, which has a strong connection with Clogging, Tap dance, and Step dance. She spent early years watching dancers like Sharon Leahy, Nic Gareiss, Ira Bernstein, Sheila Graziano, Connie Jo Ferguson, Sarah Randazzo and others. She has since returned to Wheatland Music Festival with dance project "SHIFT", with Becky Hill, Kristin Andreassen, and Chloe Edmondstone, and others. The dance boards that Adrian and Meredith use are made by Sheila Graziano[4] in Michigan.
