Afiat Basheh
"Afiat Basheh" (Persian: عافیت باشه) or its more formal form "Afiat Bashad" (Persian: عافیت باشد) is a response to sneezing in Persian language, meaning "May Cleanliness/Purity be bestowed upon you," or "may it be for your health." [1][2]
After getting this message from people around, the sneezer will often say سلامت باشید (Salaamat Bashid) which translates to "[you too] Be healthy".
