Kabab soltani (Persian: کباب سلطانی, literally "King's Kebab") is one of the traditional and famous Iranian kebabs, which is a mixture of barg and koobideh kebabs.[1] Most people confuse this kebab with Bakhtiari kebab, but Bakhtiari kebab is prepared using chicken fillets one by one among the leaf kebabs.[2]
